The Realme 5 series family could be the most issued by this Chinese industry. The reason is, after the 5 and 5 Pro series, Realme has produced a 5s smartphone that enhances features on the camera side.
Realme 5i is the name of the smartphone that was launched. Uniquely, this feature only has a design comparison and front camera with Realme 5. Not only that, there is no visible comparison in terms of the specifications carried.

When I first saw it, I was also quite confused about why Realme sells 2 pretty similar products, but at a cheaper price. Regarding this, of course, wanting to make the variant above the Realme 5i receive threats from "relatives" themselves. Realme 5, even though it is no longer being made, is still a lot on the market.
Design
By targeting entry-level users, of course the material for making this feature body uses polycarbonate plastic. The Realme 5i, when held in fact feels very strong and not "empty". Moreover, I like it more when I hold reality 5i compared to reality 5. For the pattern I have, the name is Forest Green.
This smartphone uses HD + resolution, which is 1600 × 720 with a fairly long screen ratio, 20: 9. With this resolution, of course, it wants to consume less energy than FHD +. For the screen itself, use Corning Gorilla Glass 3 which is more resistant to scratches. Realme 5i also has a scratch-resistant arrangement which further protects it from accidental scratches.
LTE network
The realme feature of course always supports 4G LTE channels in Indonesia on each of their smartphones. Realme 5i itself supports bands 1 (2100), 3 (1800), 5 (850), 8 (900), 38 (2600), 40 (2300) and 41 (2500) which are used by all cellular operators in Indonesia and I don't think so. It's different from Real 5. Realme 5 itself uses a standard Snapdragon 665 modem which only supports LTE CAT 12.
Camera
It seems that the affordable price doesn't mean that the camera results are not good enough. Realme did not disclose the sensor used on the 5i, but if the specifications are the same as the Realme 5, it means that these two features use the Sony IMX 386 sensor. The camera results are also similar between the two.
The main camera which has a resolution of 12 MP can indeed capture photos quite well. Moreover, it is slightly better than Realme 5, when viewed from the side of the noise reduction algorithm. Capturing photos at night also looks OK-ish with the Nightscape feature.
By using Snapdragon 665, automatically makes Realme 5i the fastest in the first million class. Moreover, for those who are not very concerned with cameras, Realme 5i is also a threat to sales of Realm 5s. Its fast performance makes Realme 5i reliable for work and entertainment.
The camera installed on the realm 5i also has good results. The main and front camera performance can be relied on for the needs of taking photos every day. However, don't get your hopes up on the macro camera which takes less sharp photos.
