After successfully releasing LG Velvet, this South Korean manufacturer has launched a cheaper alternative to 5G smartphones. Named LG Q92 5G, this is the first time the Q series supports this future connectivity. The design is also made similar to Velvet, plus a few adjustments given the more affordable price.

The advantages of the LG Q92 5G

Even though it is cheaper, LG has always been no less protection against this smartphone. The LG Q92 5G always has MIL-STD 810G certification, and is still added with IP68 certification for water and dust resistance. The camera setup is also designed similarly, with 2 cameras that stand out a little, while the other 2 sensors are flush with the body and the flash.

There is no fingerprint sensor on the back, because LG has embedded it on the right side of the smartphone, integrated with the power button. This is due to the type of panel that 'drops' to IPS LCD. The dimensions themselves are quite large at 6.67 inches, full HD + resolution. In the top center, there is a large 32MP punch-hole camera.

The thickness of the top and bottom bezels, and the flat screen design, emphasizes our predecessor, the LG Q6, which was officially launched. The difference is that the LG Q6 previously appeared as an alternative to a 5.5-inch compact smartphone, while the LG Q92 5G has a much wider screen.

Not using a cheaper chipset like MediaTek, the LG Q92 5G is always powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G, combined with 6GB of RAM. While the battery capacity is located at 4,000 mAh, and has supported 15 watts of fast charging. This smartphone will carry out Android 10 with the LG UX 9 interface.

For photography needs, there are 2 large camera sensors on the back, each with a resolution of 48MP (wide) and 8MP (ultra wide-angle). Meanwhile, the other 2 sensors with smaller dimensions are a 5MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro sensor.

This smartphone, which has a thickness of 8.5mm and weighs 193 grams, also has an NFC sensor for digital payment procedures. Meanwhile, to support consuming multimedia content, a stereo speaker setup is prepared.
