Finally OnePlus Nord Was Launched | Smartphone Evolution

In conclusion, OnePlus again released a smartphone in the middle class price segment. After a few years later released OnePlus X which also appeared, OnePlus is now confident to release a cheap flagship through OnePlus Nord. Indeed, this was not released to be a successor to the OnePlus X which has a compact design, but is in a different class.

In outward appearance, OnePlus Nord looks similar to other smartphones, the OPPO Reno3 Pro. It's normal, these two industries are still under the auspices of the parent industry. What's interesting is the style options offered — Gray Onyx and Blue Marble. OnePlus also presents 6 formal cases, with one of them being a transparent model created by JerryRigEverything.

OnePlus Nord Specifications

OnePlus again feels confident launching a mid-range smartphone because the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset is arguably powerful. Although not 8-series, 7nm fabrication and 5G compatibility brought quite promising. Going forward, OnePlus Nord will find a guarantee of 2 years of soft feature updates and 3 years of security, the same as the Android One smartphone series.

The front screen has a size of 6, 44 inches, using the Fluid AMOLED panel with a refresh rate of 90Hz. The bezel looks relatively thin, especially in the lower corner, and has been protected by the arrangement of Gorilla Glass 5. The camera adopts a dual punch-hole design, placed on the upper left side. The OnePlus Nord screen supports standard sRGB and DCI-P3 patterns, but does not yet support HDR content.

Interestingly, the front camera has a Sony IMX616 32MP sensor, bigger in resolution when compared to the OnePlus 8 series though. The camera is accompanied by an 8MP ultra wide-angle secondary sensor, making it easy for users to take pictures with a natural panoramic background or selfie group.

While the rear camera's main sensor is exactly the same as the OnePlus 8, the Sony IMX586 f / 1.75 48MP, with OIS and EIS support. Without telephoto, the other sensors that accompany it are 8MP ultrawdie, 2MP macros and 5MP depth sensors. The camera is capable of recording up to 4K 30fps resolution both front and back, and the recording support supports 240fps at 1080p resolution.

Charging is also not a side where OnePlus must cut features so they can appear cheaper. The reason is, OnePlus Nord always supports Warp Charge 30T technology. With a 4, 115 mAh battery, charging 30 minutes via a USB-C port can reach up to 70%. But you must change the port, because this feature is not equipped with an audio jack of 3.5mm.

Price of OnePlus Nord

OnePlus wants to market OnePlus Nord in some Asian countries such as India, Hong Kong and Malaysia, and European regions. This smartphone appears without an IP rating certification, but OnePlus said if 300 of its teams have tested features to withstand droplets of water or sweat.

Price: $ 449.99 / € 499.00 / £ 469.00 / INR24,999.
